Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Receipt of a deposit per person, and signed contract (electronic signature or hand-signed) is required to hold your reservation.
The balance of the tour price will be due 90 days prior to the tour commencement date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, payment must be paid completely.
Full payment must be done 60 days prior to the tour commencement.
If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges apply. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days from the time DanaTrips receives written confirmation of your cancellation, to the start of the services provided – whether air and land or just land services.
- More than 40 days before departure: your deposit is non-refundable
- 40-31 days prior 25% of total amount due
- 30-21 days prior 50% of total amount due
- 20-16 days prior 75% of total amount due
- 15-0 days prior 100% of total amount due
All prices are subject to increase up to the receipt of final payment due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel cost, and currency fluctuations. All taxes and any other taxes or charges imposed by airlines, airports, governments, etc. are not included in price. After final payment the only price increases can be for newly imposed governmental taxes. Gratuities not specifically mentioned are excluded.
While DanaTrips takes the utmost care in making sure the information on your itinerary and information documents, which are Final Documents, is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review the final documents upon receipt. Failure to contact us in time to allow for the correction and re-sending of the final documents could result in the loss or cancellation of your reservation, tickets or services listed on the documents for which DanaTrips will not be responsible. In such a case, no refunds will be possible.
Payment of the single supplement will ensure that you are provided with a single room throughout the program. People wishing to take the single supplement are therefore advised to book well in advance.
We regret that refunds will not be given for any unused portions of the tour, such as meals, entry fees, accommodation, flights or transfers. No refund will be given for any unused tour features, whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, because of bad weather or any other reason.
DanaTrips reserves the sole discretion to cancel any tour or to modify itineraries in any way or trip features at any time and for any reason, it considers appropriate. Tour costs may be revised, subject to unexpected price increases or exchange rate fluctuations.
If the number of participants on a tour is significantly less than budgeted, or if there is a significant change in exchange rates DanaTrips reserves the right to amend the advertised price. We shall, however, do all in our power to maintain the published price. If DanaTrips is forced to cancel you will get a full refund of all tour monies paid. Occasionally circumstances beyond the control of DanaTrips make it necessary to change airline, hotel or to make amendments to daily itineraries. We will inform you of any changes in due course.
DanaTrips is in charge of travel insurance, alongside issuing the visa for Iran.
DanaTrips is not a carrier, event or tourist attraction host, accommodation or dining service provider and it does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, guides or trip leaders, food service providers, equipment suppliers, ground operators, etc., including, without limitation, various entities which may utilize the DanaTrips name. All bookings made and tickets or coupons issued by DanaTrips for transport, event, accommodation, dining and the like are issued as an agent for various service providers and are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by each service provider. DanaTrips is not responsible for their products or services and any negligent. If a service provider does not deliver the product or service for which you have contracted, your remedy lies with the service provider, not DanaTrips.
DanaTrips will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental claim like damage, sickness, injury, death, or loss arising from any change, delay, detention, breakdown, cancellation, failure, accident, act, omission or negligence of any such service provider however caused contingencies or any other cause beyond its control. You must take out adequate travel insurance against such contingencies.
DanaTrips liability in respect of any tour will be limited to the refund of amounts received from you less all non-refundable costs and charges and the costs of any substituted event or alternate services provided. The terms and conditions of the relevant service provider from time to time comprise the sole agreement between you and that service provider.
In case of printing, typographical error, computer error, verbal or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.
Each escorted and independent tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry on due to limited baggage area on buses/cars. For some airlines and taxi/coach transfers, extra luggage may be subject to an extra charge due on the spot.
Foreign air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches are not in the same standard in all cities. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers. If you are a “no-show” or fail to notify DanaTrips of your cancellation, you will NOT receive NO refund.
